Customized EB-1A Roadmap: One-on-One Optimization Sessions
Terms and Conditions
You are enrolling in the “Customized EB-1A Roadmap: One-on-One Optimization Sessions” with Priya Alagiri, Esq.
Included:
- One-hour initial session to identify the top four criteria that showcase your extraordinary abilities.
- Four 30-minute sessions to discuss and optimize each of the four selected criteria.
- One-hour final session to wrap up and address any outstanding matters, and to receive your EB-1A written roadmap.
Note: These sessions can be customized upon mutual agreement to meet your specific needs.
The sessions will occur on a monthly basis, unless otherwise agreed upon.
You may terminate our services for any time for any reason. You must so notify me in writing. In such an instance, you will be billed at an hourly rate of $600 for any time expended that the initial fee does not cover. In the unlikely event that you fail to cooperate, I retain the right to terminate the sessions. Examples of failure to cooperate include unprofessional behavior and any other fact or circumstance that would render continuing services to be unlawful, unethical or impractical. In such an instance, I will refund your legal fee minus time expended to date, billed at an hourly rate of $600.

Only after The Alagiri Immigration Law Firm confirms in writing that it has accepted you as a client is an attorney-client relationship formed.
